-- Track how those "no brainers" feel in the rest of your body and your mind. Are the sensations calm, easy, and settled? Are the thoughts quiet, low key, non existent? -- then you're on the right track.
-- There isn't a lot of fuss and noise when we make "no brainer" choices, is there?-- no second guessing, no back and forth, no what ifs? Those moments are crystal clear and absolute -- totally in the present. You know they feel right -- just because. There's no explanation needed.
-- Notice your patterns by tracking when a decision is immediate and lean -- and when it isn't. When it isn't, you're listening to your Chattermind, and not listening with your Bodymind.
-- Once you know your tendencies, challenge Your Self by making other simple decisions throughout your day from that place of ease in your Body and quiet in your Mind --really get to know your Bodymind.
-- The more often you listen with your Bodymind, the easier it becomes to move from "no brainers" to major life decisions. Ultimately, the process is the same.
